  I love this location me and my father have been going for years and years and my past experiences reflect the previous reviews and the 4 stars but Veta needs be trained or re trained on customer service. I called in today (11/18/2016 8:22 a.m.) and she was very short and transactional. I expressed to her that she was very short with me and her response was "we've been on the phone for 7 mins so I can't be being short with you" and her making that statement verified me feeling rushed off the phone. Very unprofessional. My suggestion to Ms. Veta and people who conduct themselves in this way at work, if you hate your job go get a new one or go start your own business. Me my father and all patients should be expecting and receiving a much better interaction when calling your location. This is people health they're calling in to address which means these are very important matters. I definitely recommend someone with patience to be picking up the phone.

  I love Dr. Spry -- been seeing her for years. She has a great general knowledge and explains treatment options without alarmism. The staff here can be mildly unpleasant, but nothing that'd make me not want to go. The other doctors and PAs have helped when I've needed an appointment last minute, and they're usually pretty good. Wait times can be pretty long, as I've come to expect from healthcare.
