- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Feraru is the best Neurologist in NC! She cares about the patient and does whatever it takes to get to the bottom of the patients problem. I would trust her with anything. She treats me for not only my migraines but she treated me for a back injury. She just is overall the best doctor around and I would recommend her to anyone. My sister also goes to her for migraines. Before I went to her I had the worst deblitating migraines and now because of her knowing what she does, she put me on the right preventative instead of trying 10 different rescue medicines like prior doctors that never worked.
