  If I could leave a 1/1,000 of a star I would. This is the absolute WORST insurance company there is. They screwed me over in several different ways. I go to change and they backdated the insurance policy and which causes a lapse of coverage. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

  Bill Pruitt and everyone at the agency treats you like you matter and they care. It feels like dealing with family and friends. I would recommend this agency to anyone. They can probably save you money on your premiums, too !

  I read the other negative reviews here and I agree with them. Today I am meeting with another insurance company in the area after wasting 2 months trying to consolidate my policies with Farm Bureau. The biggest issue with this office is that they do not communicate in a timely manner. You have to continually send follow up emails in order to finally get an update. I WAS a loyal Farm Bureau customer for 10 years, and today I will end that loyalty. I am embarrassed that I have been recommending Farm Bureau for years to my friends and family.
