- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪HORRIBLE!!! Joe is completley absent minded and loses payment information, cancels policies without warning (even though payments have been made), and he has a very high staff turnover. At first (3 years ago), I had April as my agent, then she left and I had Jason, and I just called last week and Jason is now gone and Joe has no record of any of my payment and insurance information, and my policy was cancelled without my notice.
